World Champion bowler, Bill Daly of Cork, demonstrating the skills which made him a champion, at the first Dublin road bowling tournament, run by Bol Chumann Na hÉireann in aid of Cerebral Palsy Ireland. The tournament ran through the Phoenix Park in Dublin, for a distance of two miles. Armagh and Cork challenged each other for a new perpetual trophy, the ‘Super Bol’.
