Cutting first sod for the Irish-Swiss Institute of Horology, Blanchardstown, Dublin. The institute, that was to hold courses in watch repairing,was due to an agreement between the Department of Education and the Swiss Watch Industry. Picture shows Mr. Julien Rosset, the Swiss Ambassador to Ireland, addressing the gathering at the ceremony.
