Opening of Telectron Factory in Donegal.
8th April 1974.
Today saw the official opening of the Telectron Electronics factory in Donegal. The Factory opened at The Gaeltacht Industrial Park, Bunbeg, Co Donegal. It saw a welcome jobs boost for what is regarded as one of the countries employment blackspots. The Minister for Posts and Telegraphs,Mr Conor Cruise-O'Brien was on hand to officiate at the opening.
