An Taoiseach Charles Haughey pays a visit to the site of the Stardust nightclub tragedy in Artane, north Dublin. Forty-eight young people died and 214 were injured when the nightclub was engulfed in flames. It was widely reported that fire exits were chained shut, trapping victims inside the blaze.
