The Pope (centre of pic) makes his way on the 'Popemobile' through the vast crowds assembled in the Phoenix Park. It is estimated that well over 1 million people gathered in the Park to see the Pope. From Dublin he travelled to Drogheda and on the 30th he addressed 285,000 people at a youth rally in Galway, before travelling to Knock, County Mayo. He said Mass to another huge crowd in Limerick, before departing through Shannon airport.
