Bomb Outrage in Dublin.
In what became known as the Dublin-Monaghan bombings, the first of three Dublin car bombs went off at approximately 17:28 in Parnell Street; the second went off at approximately 17:30 in Talbot Street and the third a few minutes later in South Leinster Street near the railings of Trinity College. The Monaghan bomb exploded some 90 minutes later. This is the scene in Parnell Street.
