Council of Europe working party meeting opens in Leinster House, Dublin. the two day meeting of the working party on relations with national parliaments of the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe was opened by Mr George Colley T.D., Chairman of the Irish Parliamentary Delegation to Strasburg. Picture shows Mr Colley (second from left) addressing the meeting. Also in the picture are from left: Mr Karl Czernetz, (Austria), Chairman; Mr. Colley; Mr J.C.
