Portrait of Fanny Dickens 1836. Along with portraits of Charles Dickens and his wife Catherine this drawing of Fanny by Samuel Laurence. As a young child Fanny (1910-48 loved performing songs with her brother and visiting the theatre. She first entered the Royal Academy in 1823, Where she studied singing and playing the piano.
