Many dignitaries from the political,religious and entertainment life attended at the ceremony. ..Picture shows Kathleen Watkins as she waits for the cameras to roll on the opening night. Marie O'Sullivan, Nuala Donnelly and Kathleen Watkins were the first women to appear on Telefís Éireann.
