Best Dressed Lady at Phoenix Park Races.1984..11.08.1984..08.11.1984.11th August 1984..A competition,sponsored by V'Soske Joyce,was held at the Phoenix Park Racecourse,Dublin.The prize of a hand tufted rug was awarded to the "Best Dressed Lady" on Ladies Day at the racecourse. The eventual winner was Brianne Leary from Los Angeles,California..Image of the Director of the sponsors, V'Soske Joyce ltd,Oughterard,Galway, Mr Michael Dixon and the Best Dressed Lady,Ms Brianne Leary (right) after the decision was reached.
