President de Valera leads the annual 1916 Commemoration Ceremony at Arbour Hill, Dublin, where 14 of the executed leaders of the 1916 Easter Rising are interred. Among those buried there are Patrick Pearse, James Connolly and Major John McBride. Fianna Fail politicians following the president are Jack Lynch, Brian Lenihan Snr, David Andrews, Jerry Cronin and Desmond O'Malley.
