Opening of new Sulphuric Acid Plant at Sulphac Ltd., East Wall, Dublin. Minister for Industry and Commerce, Mr Jack Lynch T.D. officially opened the plant. The plant was blessed by V. Rev. Fr. F. Hooke, Parish Priest St. Joseph's, East Wall. Sulphac Ltd. was jointly owned by W. and H.M. Goulding Ltd. and Freeport Sulphur Company of New York. Picture shows Mr Lynch cutting the tape, officially opening the plant. Also in the Picture are Sir Basil Goulding, Chairman of the Company (holding tape on left) and other directors, officels of the company and guests.
