Opening of new Sulphuric Acid Plant at Sulphac Ltd., East Wall, Dublin. Minister for Industry and Commerce, Mr Jack Lynch officially opened the plant. The plant was blessed by V. Rev. Fr. F. Hooke, Parish Priest St. Joseph's, East Wall. Sulphac Ltd. was jointly owned by W. and H.M. Goulding Ltd. and Freeport Sulpher Company of New York. Picture shows Minister Jack Lynch (2nd from right) touring the plant after the opening. Also in the picture (l-r): Mr Samuel Merrin, Director, Goulding Fertilisers Ltd.; Dr. J.P.
