Senior Council, Mr. Sean McBride and the jury of Paul Singer's appeal case at the Central Criminal Court, Dublin.
Dr Paul Singer had previously been tried for fraud and sentenced to 14 years in connection with the Shanahans Stamps affair. the trial lasted 47 days until Mr Justice Walsh directed the jury to return a "not guilty" verdict on eight counts of fraud.
