Opening of new men's salon at Brown Thomas, Grafton Street, Dublin. Brendan O'Reilly, the TV personality opened a new Mens Department in Brown Thomas and Co. Ltd.. In the new department was a hairdressing salon where while getting your hair done it was possible to make phone calls from the chair. Image shows Fraulein Margaret Mende and Fraulein Brigitte Huhn (on left) of H. Horten GMBH, Germany, who were working in Brown Thomas and Co. Ltd. for a short period, who think they can improve Brendan O'really's hairstyle as Tony Byrne looks on.
