Mr Eamon Andrews and Alma Cogan at Woulfes Pharmacy, Grafton St.01/12/1954..Alma Cogan (19/05/1932 – 26/10/1966) was an English singer of traditional pop music in the 1950s and early 1960s. Dubbed "The Girl With the Laugh/Giggle/Chuckle In Her Voice", she was the highest paid British female entertainer of her era. Throughout the mid-1950s, she was the most consistently successful female singer in the UK.
